I've had this problem continue for weeks. Called Verizon support and they tell me it should be working. It's clearly not.
My Verizon Home account shows a $200 gift card ready to redeem. I click it and it takes me to a page to register now. Then I get this message, "Our apologies. Due to a system issue, your registration was not successful. "
I've tried using different browsers, cleared cache, and using incognito mode to make sure cookies aren't stored. No luck, please help.
