I am doing a Doble nat for now while checking for FW update on the verizon unit. I had a tech acknowledged the issue and pretty much said wait for update1 -

It’s this latest upgrade for sure. Was told today by Verizon, “sorry. We won’t help you because we don’t support Ip passthrough, even tho the instructions are on our website.”1 -
