Outside cable box cover left unfastened / open
My outside cable box was left open / unbolted following a recent visit by a tech to upgrade my internet. I cannot get it re-closed / reattached myself and the main bolt is missing. Pins - do we need multiple? One for each account?
Do the pins apply to both accounts? I used to have one but then i just got a new prepaid wireless account and new pin for that. Is my old pin that i used for my accounts still alive? or do i use this new pin for both wireless and FIOS? This is confusing. Does each type of account have its own pin?
