Why does my text message app keep crashing?
Just got this new Droid Ultra. I can send text msgs but when I try to open a received on the app force closes. Brought it to the store and the guy did a soft reset and thought that would fix it. Came Home...not fixed. Any suggestions?

Using WiFi and 3G at the same time

Why can't I send or receive a text?
I just bought this phone today. I switched over my phone number from ATT&T to Verizon. However, I am not able to send/receive text messages except to the people I share a family plan with. Please help me fix this.
Won't turn on
My phone suddenly turned off and will not turn back on It has not been in contact with any moisture and has been on the manufacture provided charger for an hour now. Is they're any way to fix this or do I just need to go to a store.
Phone Freezing
Phone is freezing up in the middle of txting and using Facebook messenger. I have re-started the phone and even taken the batery out. This helps but I now doing it daily. Also I have to do this multiple times in a row to get it working sometimes. As of yesterday It's freezing up when I try to call someone.
