unacceptable customer service on an htc incredible
i have been struggling with getting a replacement for my htc. its under warantee but verizon tech support and customer service has been a disaster in replacing it with a working model. I doubt I will ever renew with them given this experience.

I was downloading Google Earth and i the middle of installing the application the phone froze, I remove the battery and nothing happened.
