Text messages not opening
Im not able to open my text messages. I can see them but when I select it to open it goes to a white screen and says "loading" for hours and never opens the text message. At first it was with texts from certain people but now it's all of them. Is anyone else having this problem and can it be fixed????
Phone won't connect to wifi
The wifi connection is fine.. Sometimes it will connect... Other times I have turn wifi off and on so it works. Now, it won't connect or work. I've only had this phone for 5 days, I already had to get a 2nd one because the 1st one was completely messed up..

How do I send a text while traveling in Japan.
I am traveling in Japan w/ my US purchased Thunderbolt. I can send and receive calls fine. I can receive text but cannot send a text. I have removed and replaced my battery. Any ideas how to make my text go through?

Im curious if i can use my current LTE Sim in the rezound (it arrives tomorrow). I got it from a seller on Ebay so i dont think it comes with an LTE sim. I should be able to just do the whole thing online, right?

slow youtube on 4g
When I try to watch a YouTube video over the last two days using the 4g connection it takes about 3 min to load the video. If I use wifi the same video will only take about 4 seconds. Anyone else see this problem lately.
Upload pics from my thunderbolt to macbook pro
Hey Guys, I was wondering if anyone here nows how to get pictures from the thunderbolt onto a macbook pro. When I hook up my phone to my macbook it says it can't read it. Im new to mac as well. If anyone could give me a detailed response on how to do this, it would be great. Thanks!
messaging ringtone doesn't work
I never get a messaging notification. Set, reset ringtones for this. Had several people make sure I didn't miss something. Everything else is fine, but I have to continually look for messages, and have missed some timely information because of this problem.

Looking at the data usage on my phone, on the Verizonwireless web site, funny when I click on GB of data used I get a different number than when I click MB or KB??? Actually all three are different!!. Why?? Weird!!!
