I can't get the new update to work. It keeps getting to about 1/4 installed and then changes from the phone with the green circle to a phone with a red triangle and exclamation point. Please Help!!!! I can give you any information you need to help me. Just let me know.
Face camera problems
When I turn my camera on, then push the upper left icon to use the reverse (face) camera, sometimes it is scrambled, in 4 squares, or black and white. Is this broken, a software issue or what.
Thunderbolt activation problems
I wanted to do a factory reset on my current phone and it was fine until it got to the activation screen. It will not pass the activation phase no matter how long I wait as well as how many times i try. I have tried to activate the phone via the online Verizon account but it still is not working. Battery Issues Since Firmware Maintenance Upgrade 2.11.605.9 on December 23
Since the firmware upgrade, battery life limited to about 1/2 day. Calendar is using 52% and HTC Dialer was using 57% before I did a hard reboot. Had to pull the standard battery and put in the extended battery. Any thoughts?
front faceing camera shows all crazy colors
It seems I am not the only one with this problem...One camera is fine, but the camera facing me comes on in rainbow like effects, can't fix it...this seems to be a problem that has been reported before
Not getting emails
I am not getting my emails. It worked fine till about a week ago. I made sure that I have done the update, rebooted all that jazz. I took it all part. Signed out of my email account and I deleted it and re set it up and still nothing. Does anyone have any other ideas? Everything else works just fine. Any help would help…
