I have had nothing but trouble since I did the update on the 13th. My phone shuts off 4-5 a day (that I know of). I wasnt having issues before the update. Is there any way to go back a version???? Thanks!

Hard Reset concerns
If I back up all my data before a hard resert and reload it, won't I be reloading any problems I just deleted through the hard reset? Also, is the HTC Sync application the place to do my backup?

I use GPS almost daily and I was having issues with it before the update. Main issue was not getting a lock. After the update yesterday, I am beginning to think the performance is worse. Just now I was unable to get a lock in Google maps after driving about 10 miles. Anyone else?
