I keep getting messages that I have appointments but I'm not making them. The first time was for an appointment in at a California Verizon store and then yesterday's was for a store in Washington and I live in Illinois. However, I'm not the one making those appointments. Why is this happening?

Remove a gif from Message+ suggestions/history
When I want to add a gif, I see the same ones in suggestions over and over. There is one, in particular, that I would like to remove from suggestions, but there doesn't seem to be an option for that. How can I remove it?

Web History and Activity not showing up
Hello, the web activity and history is not accurately reflected on the report/app. None of the websites he’s gone to have shown up! I restarted both of our phones, then unpaired and repaired our devices. It’s still not working. Please advise!

Message+ not syncing
I have Meesage+ on my android and iphone with the android phone set as the primary. When I receive a text on my android phone the message only syncs to my iphone when i open the message+ app on the iphone. Is this the normal syncing behavior? What type of texts will show as read in Verizon messages+?
when I send texts using messaging+ it will always show either sent/delivered and sometimes will tell me when it has been read but not always. do I need to adjust some settings to show it as read or is this only going to happen on certain type of texts (like Verizon to Verizon, only if they are using messaging+, ect)?

Message + on Windows 10
Is there still a message + download for Windows 10? I have followed the directions on the Verizon support page and unable to find the download in the windows store as it is shown. The Web Messages download link is only giving options for Android OS, iPhone OS and Mac OS.

Message to deleted
I tried texting a friend a message and about 46.5 hours later I received a text back (from her number) that read "Message to <phone number> deleted." Does this mean that her phone is off, and the Verizon servers just gave up?

How to I block/restrict my boys from being to turn off the VPN on their phone?
My boys have figured out all they have to do is go into settings to turn off the VPN to bypass any restrictions I had set in the FamilyBase. Is there a way to block/restrict them from doing that? Because if I can’t familybase is useless.

Child's phone is an iPhone SE 2020, running latest iOS, location service for Smart Family is turned to Always On. And yet, every other day, I receive the message above and in the Smart Family app it reads "Location permissions may be off. Improve accuracy and reactivate alerts."
