Can't activate Verizon Message + on iPod touch iOS 12.5.
Using an iPod touch 6gen with iOS 12.5, cannot get Message+ to activate. Successfully scan in the CR code and get a success notice, but that is as far as it goes. Cannot get Message+ app to open on the iPod touch. Anyone with a solution?

How do I listen to Voice Mail from computer?
I don't have my phone. The instructions say to dial my number then *86 <sen d>,. but I can't figure out how to press <send> on a computer. I tried <Enter> and <Shift> <Enter> but it ignored me. I'm on a Macbook. I have no other way of connecting. I keep getting disconnected from customer service.
Web Access to Message+ Not Working
Web access to my texts is not working. This problem has been persistent for a while now. I am able to log in on the Web page, and I'm able to see the message screen. However, there are no messages in the message list. Refreshing does not help. Logging out and back in does not help. Deleting cookies does not help.
