Smart Family - Text Messages from Unapproved Contacts
My son is receiving spam text messages for, what I assume to be, the previous owner of his phone number. Why is it allowing numbers to text him that are not on his approved contact list? How is this fixed? He is on a Galaxy S8.

message+ not connecting on data
I can't send messages if I'm on the data network. The app shows as Connecting ..., but it never connects. I can receive messages on data, and I can send and receive on WiFi. The only problem is sending messages if I'm on data.
Where are old text saved?
On the Message+ app, where are the files saved. Which folder? I got a new phone and want to move old texts from old to new phone. When I turned on the message+ app on the new phone only the last 90 days worth of message came through. The rest are saved on the phone? I can see past 90 days on the old phone.

I have been using Message+ on my iPod and MacBook for several months with no issues up until yesterday. Now it says connecting and will never connect to send or receive messages. I have disconnected, deleted, reconnected, restarted, power cycled...pretty much everything I can think of. Any ideas?

The call log isn't working again for mine either. This is a few times in the last few months this has happened. It works then all of a sudden one day it doesn't and you never know how long it will last. This time the text log works but not calls. Using android phones.
