Message plus Vibration intensity
I recently switched to the message plus app to text on my galaxy s10+. Anyways when it vibrates for a text it feels like I'm getting a call and I can't change the intensity to how it was before. It literally vibrates for like 15 seconds just for a text, how do I change it?

Safe Family VPN issue
I recently signed up for Safe Family and am having issues with my kids phones not connecting to the internet with the VPN on. Its happening on both my kids iPhones. I have tried resetting the network connections and it still won't work. This doesn't work on cellular data or wifi. Any tips on getting it to work?

Number to reach out/call
Can a Verizon member reach out to me? I cannot receive text messages, and the prompts from *611 prompt me to follow the link they text to my phone...that I cannot receive text messages from. The online chat just tells me to call *611. I can send texts, and parties receive them. I can call and receive calls without issues.

Why can’t I block the Snapchat app on my sons IPhone X?

I enjoy using this app- customized fonts. size, color- great for a vision challenged person! Anyway-- When I enter numbers (regardless of it's a phone number or just plain numbers- they become 'hot linked' and clickable like a URL link. How can I disable this function?
