Not recieving text messages
I recently changed my phone number. Since then I no longer receive text messages. I can still send them. Nobody at Verizon has been able to fix this problem. It was even suggested to me that it might be the phone. Please let there be someone out there that can correctly tell me how to fix this.

I currently have 2 just kids plans with 2 unlimited data plans. Why am I being charged 9.99 for a service that should be included with the just kids plan.
