Unable to receive picture messages from Canada after I changed plan
I have a friend in Canada that I regularly text and now all the sudden I can't receive picture messages from her. Recently I changed my cell phone plan to the New Verizon Plan Small 2GB. Is this new plan the reason I can't receive photos from her? If that isn't the reason, can someone help me?

Verizon Family Trusted Contacts
My cell number is listed as a trusted contact. My daughter can call me. When I try to call I get the message that the number is restricted. I've added and deleted my number many times in the trusted contacts. It still is restricted. Thanks

SMS Text being incorrectly identified as SPAM
SMS/TEXT messages from a location/provider that I want to receive messages from are being filtered. How can I get Verizon to stop blocking these messages. They are not from a phone number
