can text message records be subpoenaed through a court from Verizon directly? If I need to request text message records, just phone #s and times, not content, can Verizon be subpoenaed to hand them over? If so, how far back do they keep records?

I installed the verizon messages app on my Samsung phone. I was told by a rep that I could view and print messages already sent and received from my computer. Does anyone know how to do that?

will not let me change the notification in message+ I have attempted to change it in customized section several times. Everytime I change it in the settings for the app it changes but then it does not sound when I get a text message from some one.

Send Message feature on desktop just constantly reloads.
Whenever I use the "send a message" feature on my desktop, it's just constantly reloads, sometimes for a few minutes. It usually does come around and then lets me send a few messages, but then it does the same thing. Is there a solution for this? Thanks!
