Where is my refund on my Verizon gift card for canceled order? It’s been over week and half since my canceled order and still have not got my refund! I’ve been on the phone for total time of 4 hours with support to get an answer, but no one knows. It’s so frustrating because even the support managers doesn’t even know.

Can’t redeem visa card rewards points
I’m trying to redeem my Verizon Visa Card rewards points for a gift card but the website has an error for days now. I can’t access on my phone on the app, through Safari or Firefox on my laptop. What is going on? I thought I had until Aug 21st to redeem for a gift card according to an email I received. NOT HAPPY AT ALL

I have the verizon visa card. If i switch from Verizon postpaid to prepaid, can I still use the card, and apply the verizon dollars to the prepaid bill? if possible please post a link showing the answer.

So, we're not going to get the $200 Target gift card, Verizon is offering? I think that is so wrong to treat a paying customer with a lie. I've made 2! Successful payments and naturally haven't heard a word about it.

I never received my $200 gift card for switching cell service. I have called multiple times and keep getting told it can take up to 8 weeks - it’s been over 4 months
Cosco Verizon Kiosk $250 per line (total 4 lines) rebate offered back in Aug 2023, never recived the gift cards.
