My husband DOES NOT want to switch to a smart phone. When his Convoy 3 stopped working, he purchased another one just like it. Now Verizon is saying that it isn't supported. That doesn't make any sense since this is his current phone that he is using. Has anyone else had this happen?

With the new unlimited plan. What would be the access fee for a Basic phone? I currently have 2 smartphones and 2 basic phones. I don't understand how I get charged the same amount for all phones. Is the new plans better?
