Getting rid of an icon on a Samsung Convoy
I have a Samsung Convoy that an icon has suddenly shown up in the home row on. It looks like a tiny phone with an arrow pointing down and then toward the tiny phone. I can't find anything that tells me what this freaking thing is or how to remove it. Can anyone help me? This is the old original Convoy phone.

Are there plans to upgrade the Windows My Version App so I can enable Safety Mode?
I understand the only way to enable Safety Mode is with the updated My Verizon App, but I see no sign of the Windows version getting this upgrade?

How do I get to the contact list for the second phone on my plan? They are older flip basic LG phones. I can see the list on the Cloud for the first number.

PMT Date Won't Update
I make monthly payments on my Samsung Gusto with a refill card, and if I check my account I'm up to date. But on the phone the PMT Date hasn't changed for two months, and is an unhealthy red. So far advice has been limited to turn the phone off/turn the phone off, and that hasn't worked. Thanks for any imput.

Can I switch back to 8.1?
I update my Lumia 735 to windows 10 and don't like it. It crashes all the time and runs a lot slower than it did with 8.1. Is there anyway to switch back? I did a factory reset and still have 10 on my phone with none of the issues resolved.

Windows 10 Moible for the Icon is now LIVE
VZW has just released Windows 10 Mobile for the Icon (pigs are flying). Download the Update Advisor, Upgrade Advisor – Windows Apps on Microsoft Store and you're on your way. There will be two upgrades performed; once to 10586.107 and then to 10586.420. No word as of yet if there's a firmware update.

Help-Samsung Knack Won't Start-Hard Reset?
My wife is using a backup phone because her smart phone broke. We got a Samsung SCHU 310 off of Craigslist. It is working fine until today. It will boot up but won't get past the Verizon logo. We tried taking battery out and no luck. Just keeps getting stuck. Any assistance is appreciated.

I just started using Verizon Cloud with my Lumia Icon. It's backing up everything but my Contacts, even though I have selected that Contacts be included in my backups. Has anyone had this issue, and if so, did you find a way to solve the problem? Thank you!
