Hello, my Nokia Lumia 928 is frozen - it is fully charged and I did the soft boot three times (hold down power + volume down keys for 15 secs). i got the steps from support,which is to go the main screen, then choose settings, phone then hw/sw then you would see the imei/meid number. These steps do not apply to the Samsung Gusto 2 phone.
