My Nokia Lumia 928 turned off completely and is unresponsive.
I bought my phone last week, and I was in the middle of a phone call and it completely went dead, and will not turn back on. It won't even come on when plugged into the charger. When I even try holding down the power button there is no response at all. It has been this way for a few hours now.

Samsung Gusto 3 reminders are not working
Reminders for text messages, missed calls and voice mail are not working. I will get the original notification, but no reminder. I have all reminders turned on and set for 2 minutes. I have verified that sounds are enabled for reminders. I have not done any other troubleshooting so far.

I have a Surface 2 AT&T. Pulled out the SIM and placed a Verizon. DL'd Connection manager from Win Store. It sees the SIM fine, gives pertinent info.
