Unable to delete some inbox emails and junk emails. I have a Motorola Droid Turbo 2 with Nougat. Any help would be appreciated. I've tried some troubleshooting on my own, but nothing has worked. Thank you.
Have you considered removing the email account from the phone and then setting it up again?
Thank you so much for the suggestion. I did just that and it seems to have solved the problem. Even the people at the Verizon store didn't think of that as a solution. Thanks again for taking the time to help with this problem.
