I am getting ready to go on a cruise and one of our ports is San Juan, Puerto Rico. Since Puerto Rico is a United States Property, what are the international rates to call from there?
As a US territory, your domestic data, voice & text rates are included in your plan when using the network in Puerto Rico.
Using cruise ship cell tower service isn't included however.
