since update green light does not flash when i receive messages. Looked at common stuff but all seems OK. Can't figure it out.
ted_k27,
Many of us rely on the LED lights to inform us of waiting notifications. Let's see if we can figure out what's going on. Which update are you referring to? What messages(voicemail, text etc) are you not receiving the light for? Does the indicator work for other notifications?

about 5 days ago the phone os had an update and since then the green light does not flash when I get text messages using message+ nor when I get facebook messenger messages.
Thank you for that information. I know that you stated that you checked into the common things and everything looked okay. Did you look under the notification tab in the settings?

Come on _VZW folks, this is a well documented issue. Unread messages in Message+ used to blink a green led until you read them, now it doesn't. It's still an issue, let's get it fixed already. Thanks.
We know how vital it is to have the LED notifications working, krcgman. You're correct in saying you're not alone in this issue. We're working with both the Samsung and Message + teams to have a fix put in place as quickly as possible. We appreciate all the steps you, and others, have taken in troubleshooting. Thank you for your continued patience as we work to correct this issue.
