I have no volume when playing videos from snapchat, facebook, ect. Also no volume control when ear buds are plugged into the phone. Bought phone new last week.. Any ideas how to fix the issues or should verizon replace the phone?
jbaldwin05 These days it's especially important to have the ability to use your device hands free. Which is why we will help figure out what is going on. Please clarify the issue so I can zone in on the problem. When you are playing videos are you using the ear buds? Does the volume work all other times? Did you try the ear buds with another device? Have you been able to use different ear buds on your phone before?
