Why does my Samsung S7 keep pausing the voicemail when I listen to the message next to my face and work fine when I listen on the speaker or bluetooth ?

My Galaxy S7 started pausing the voicemail when I listen to the message near my face however it works fine when I listen to the voice mail over the speaker and or bluetooth
