Trying to silence work notifications while not on call. But not all text notifications

Texts can be a good way to get information fast, but there definitely are times when they can be a bit too noisy. To keep some texts quiet, but not all of them, check out this link on using the Do Not Disturb feature on your device: https://vz.to/2DW8sYV . This will let you keep all notifications and sounds quiet, but still allow certain contacts in your phone to "make some noise" when a text or call arrives.
