When I am prompted to enter my password for my voicemail the screen stays black. I can hear the request to enter my password but I'm unable to do so because of the black screen. I've tried tapping the screen and moving the phone and nothing works.
What happens if you press the power button to turn on the screen?

Does this happen when accessing the voicemail directly after it is placed or do you try to access it by the application on the device?
