I conduct a back up on my blackberry storm, the phone says my contacts are backed up but when I go to my verizon and check the back up assistant there. It shows no contacts. Seems to be a problem.
Have you tried doing the BU from My Verizon?
I am having the same problem. I have tried syncing from the web and my phone. It's not adding my contacts from the phone to the web.
