How do I link my email to Facebook?

Hi Everyone!

 

I'm having a bit of trouble with facebook.  I am not getting facebook alerts through the application.  I am receiving emails in my gmail account to let me know if someone has commented, etc.  

 

Is there a way to receive the alerts from the application?  If so, how do I do that?  One user said to link my email but I'm not sure how to do that!  

 

So please, if there is any help out there, let me know!!

Have you gone into Facebook and redone the mobile settings? Mine seemed to work for me after I did that.
