Not getting emergency alerts

Yesterday, the 911 system in Hillsborough County, FL went down 2 separate times. My wife's Motorola Droid Turbo 2 received the emergency alert tone as did several other phones as well while in a Target store. My S7E did not.

I have checked & rechecked all the settings as seen on all the forums. Everything is ON.

I know how important it is to receive these alerts 69Bugdriver. These alerts do not come from us (VZW). We don't have a way to monitor them. As long as your settings are on, that is all we can advise on.
