I just got the new S8 yesterday and I've been trying to get in my cloud but it stayes in the computing... message. I've tried to see my stuff online and I keep getting the oops something went wrong message. Help
Congrats on the new phone! It's a great device and I want you to have all your information on it to enjoy it. Let's get this resolved. What device did you have prior? When was the last time you accessed the Cloud successfully? Are you connected to wifi or cellular data?
