You mean MOVE the Data from your old SD Card to a new one? Probably the EASIEST way would be to just connect the phone to your PC and COPY the data from the Card to your computer, replace the card, and COPY everything back. -- but there's probably a lot of stuff there that you *may* not need ... So you COULD be selective on what you copy to the new card (e.g., just your Pictures, music etc..
PS - if you installed APPS that were physically placed on the SD Card, that's a deeper discussion ... might just want to use something like APP BRAIN to "sync" APPS back , if they got installed on that SD Card, I haven't tried swapping our SD cards, so not sure how the phone will behave if APPS were installed on the card and you swap it out - but it may get ugly. So maybe just by Copying *everything* to your PC and back would address that issue .. Good luck.
Cody21 explanation is correct but I would not bother with the App Brain part because if you did not format your unit and you make sure to copy all the program files from old card over to new cards you shouldn't need to reinstall any of your apps.. Either of these ways works but if you dont need to reinstall I wouldn't.
