duplicate messages on message plus

Hi all,

My message plus app sends the same message that I sent hours later. It doesn't show up on my end, but the receivers have sent me multiple screen shots that show me sending the same message hours later, and then they come in all at once, so hours later, the receiver gets tons of messages from me.

Anyone else having this issue? I hate the default messaging app on my phone (google pixel), but I have seen my friends iPhone receive multiple text messages from me from a conversation we had hours ago.

This is very frustrating.

Having your friend receive multiple, duplicate, delayed text from you can get quite annoying. We truly apologize of any inconvenience and we are here to find you and your friend the best fix. Because it is your friend’s device that is receiving the delayed text messages we will need for your friend to contact their carrier to update the switch for the messaging server. Please keep us updated on the progress.
