Tried resetting network etc with help of Verizon tech coach. Help
Have you tried reseating the SIM card?
We want to make sure that you're able to connect to the LTE data network, TERFRA45. What's your zip code? How long have you been experiencing an issue with being able to connect to 4G data? Does this happen everywhere you go? Are you able to use voice calls and text without a problem? Have you attempted any other troubleshooting steps aside from resetting network settings?
