Droid 2 Help Center app

I am new to the Droid 2.  Just a couple of days ago, I was so excited to find the "Help Center" app, especially since a manual did not come with the Droid 2.  However, as of today, when I went to the "Help Center" app, I get a page  titled "Partnerselect Hallway" with a Motorola emblem.  There is a sign in box requesting a User ID and password.  I have no idea what happened to my help app.  Do you have any ideas of how I can get the help info again?

Try menu - settings - applications - manage applications - all, scroll until you see help center, tap it, see if you can clear data.
