I was told by a rude Grass Valley employee of Verizon that I had to buy a new phone to keep up with Verizon. My 3 year old is junk and that is why it doesn’t ping off the towers. I asked why they sold me old technology 3 years ago and she said I must read books and watch TV, that I’m not current. Sorry my masters degree trumps her Verizon retail skills.
