I need to know if there is any way to retrieve deleted text messages

from my Blackberry Pearl

The only way to retrieve deleted messages is to restore a backup that contained those messages. Otherwise they are gone for good.

To do this, you would have had to back up your BlackBerry to your computer using Desktop Manager before you deleted the messages. Then you could restore your BB to that backup file.
