Samsung Galaxy s7 Edge dropping calls and callers can't hear me.

I have had my s7 Edge for a year and this past week it just all of sudden will drop calls. The two locations it is dropping calls is in my house upstairs in the master bedroom and bathroom. Sometimes the person I am speaking with can not hear me until I walk away from were I am standing. The other location it always drops my call is my driveway while I am backing out. I live in Apache Junction, Arizona 85119 and this is the 1st time I am experiencing call drops and dead zones.

You may have a bad antenna in the phone.

We want to make sure that you can use your Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge when you need it, BRICKNO61. Do you know if others are having the same issue with their devices at these locations? This could be an issue with your antenna like jrh4054 stated, your SIM Card inside the device or another issue entirely. You can get a new SIM Card for free when calling into our Customer Care team or visiting one of our corporate locations. Have you reset your network settings on your device?
