I have people on my auto-reject list, and it is set up to send a message,
but when people call it, they go directly to voice mail, they do not get
this message. Why is that happening? Phone is a Samsung Galaxy S5.
blocked callers go straight to vm!!
If you don't want them to go to voicemail, you should use the block option in your MyVerizon account online. Blocking on the phone will only send the call to voicemail.
