Other than the keyboard entry difference, what will the Droid X do that the Droid 2 won't do? Memory, video, other capabilities or differences?
I have a current non-smart phone with a slider keyboard that I like. Would I be disappointed in going to a non-slider virtual keyboard of the Droid X?
Thanks!
The Droid x can record 720 video, has hdmi output, and an 8mp camera, the Droid 2 has a 5mp camera.
As far as the keyboard, that's something you would have to determine for yourself. Go to a Verizon store and play with both devices.
The website says for the Droid 2, "8GB Flash/512MB RAM", but for the Droid X is says, "8GB internal - 8GB Flash/512MB RAM". Is there really a difference here or does this matter? It appears to be the same, its just that the Droid 2 doesn't say "internal".
It's the same.
