Jetpack mhs800l is stuck on "Please wait......". Reset doesn't work, how can I fix it?
If you cannot reset the defaults on the Jetpack then it may have bricked itself from a firmware update. Contact VZW directly for warranty replacement options that are available. Sometimes VZW will go beyond warranty when the problem is firmware related. If not then explore the upgrade options that are available to you. A jetpack that cannot boot is essentially a paper weight.
