Bought the Samsung S8 directly from Samsung and added it to my Verizon account. Basic Voicemail doesn't give me any alert to messages left. Premium Visual Voicemail is no better. What's up?
You need a block of visual voicemail on your line in order for the notifications to work with the basic non-visual voicemail.
