I connected my phone via an auxiliary cable to play some music in the car and the volume would just keep turning down on its own. Anyone else have this problem?

That sounds so puzzling. We want you to enjoy your music in your car with your phone. Let's figure this out. When did this start? What happens if you try plugging in another phone, does it do the same thing?
