Signal Stinks

As of recent. The signal on my S7 edge has become very poor. People on the other side of the line are having trouble hearing. I sit here on my couch with only one bar and occasionally 2. My wife's iPhone is not experiencing the same problem. Suggestions?

There may be a problem with your antenna. Have you called VZW Customer Service?

I completely understand the confusion it can cause when someone else next you has service and you don't. There are definitely a few factors that can come into play, so troubleshooting is the best way for us to get to the route cause.

How long ago did the issue begin? Did you upgrade your software on the phone or install any new apps? Has the phone been dropped or otherwise damaged?
