Unable to retrieve catalog. Please try again later. (3332)

When ever I try to access the Get it Now application, I can't download any applications. Why is this? Is there a way to download games, tools, and extras onto this basic phone?

We know how important it is to be able to access the Get It Now, Stickyslug. We're glad to shed some light on this error code. The code means that the device was not active on the line at the time Get It Now was updated. Sadly, devices that didn't receive the update will no longer be able to access Get It Now.  Are you able to make and receive calls? Are you able to send and receive texts?
