The phone does not ring when a call comes in. On the caller's end, it rings twice and goes directly to voice mail. I have no ringing on
my end. The volume is set correctly. There is no 'silent mode'. How do I correct this?
It may have been inadvertently set to forward all calls to voicemail. Dial *73 on your phone, wait for tones, then hang up. If there is no call forwarding set, this will have no effect. If it IS, in fact, set, then this will cancel it.
