I coming to California for holiday this june. I'm asking about prepaid plans. I have Oneplus 5t phone. Does it work on Verizon network with 4G? If I buy the Unlimited 75$/mo. plan, what restrictions are there? Is there any restrictions for VPN or streaming if my device is not Verizon device?

That phone is not compatible with the Verizon Wireless network. You would have better luck using either AT&T or T-Mobile or one of the MVNO carriers on their network.
