Can I purchase a new Samsung Galaxy S8 without activation in store or on line?

Teeshot, that is a great question. The new Galaxy S8 is a really great device. I apologize, but in order to purchase the device it would need to be activated on a line of service.
The S8 is a great choice for a new phone teeshot! When you purchase the phone, you don't have to activate it on your Verizon line right away. If you are looking to wait to give it to a user on your account, you can purchase the phone and then wait to activate it on the phone number.
