Factory reset google issue

I Factory reset my S7 edge phone..it reboots, and at welcome screen when it starts the welcome screen prompts, get an error saying there was a problem communicating with googles servers..try later... hitting next goes back to select language. I rebooted, restored again, same thing.. any ideas?
