I just want to know how to download photos and images from my droid turbo 2 to my computer.
I connect my phone to my computer and it recognizes it, but I can't see any files or folders.
Did you pull down the notification shade on the phone and change the USB connection type from charging only to File Transfer?
As noted earlier:
Move Pictures / Videos from Device - DROID TURBO 2 BY MOTOROLA | Verizon Wireless
Or upload the photos to a Cloud account (such as Google or Microsoft) and then download them to your computer from that account.
